Dataflex reorganises following acquisitions

Dataflex has completed its integration programme of the three companies it acquired over the last twelve months. Dataflex now offers a larger portfolio of innovative access solutions for converging voice and data networks and has increased its presence in world markets by developing new sales, distribution and support channels. The acquisitions of Telephony Experts, Paxdata and Eurotel have allowed Dataflex to diversify and strengthen its product portfolio.

This integration has facilitated new capabilities in broadband, billing and mobile access to enhance its core traditional strength as Europe's leading supplier of single- and multiple-line call routers.

To maximise the opportunity created by the new product range Dataflex has organised its operations into four business groups: broadband access, billing and voice applications, call routing for indirect access and mobile access.

Commenting on the achievement, Jacob van Houdt, CEO of Dataflex, stated, "We are already seeing the benefit of the acquisitions with new products being developed from across the group which substantially increase the diversity of our product portfolio.
