Aculab stars in Alliance supplier awards

After consistently outperforming 17 other global suppliers Aculab has been honoured with the supplier of the year award from Alliance Systems

This is the fourth year that Alliance has held its supplier awards. The winning supplier was chosen based on rigorous analysis of suppliers' monthly performances, against criteria set out by the TL9000 quality management system (QMS), established to meet the quality requirements of the worldwide telecommunications industry.
Scoring an overall supplier performer index of 1.05 (with a perfect score being 1.00), Aculab consistently excelled across all the measurement criteria, which included; supplier quality rating (the proportion of items returned), supplier delivery rating (on time deliveries) and supplier fill rating (supplying orders in full quantities).
